头颈部恶性肿瘤约占全身恶性肿瘤的19.9%～30.2%,病理类型主要以鳞状细胞癌为主,手术和放疗是其主要治疗手段。尽管现在综合治疗被广泛应用,但局部区域肿瘤未控、复发和转移仍然是治疗失败的主要原因。放射性粒子组织间植入近距离放疗是对外科手术及放疗缺陷进行互补的一种新型治疗方法,2007-01-2008-06期间我们对38例头颈部鳞状细胞癌术后复发和淋巴结转移患者施行125I放射性粒子组织间植入近距离放疗,疗效较好,现报告如下。
