先天性甲状腺功能低下症(congenital hy-pothyroidism,CH)是先天因素导致甲状腺发育异常或代谢障碍,继而造成儿童智能与体格发育低下的一种内分泌疾病[1]。CH危害极大,在全国各地都存在,需要筛查及早诊断和治疗,CH是地方病防治工作的重要内容[2]。因种种因素,CH在不同地区的发病率各不相同,现将近3年来新疆阿克苏地区CH筛查情况报告如下,以期分析区域性发病因素,为进一步改进筛查手
