脑血管破裂出血的病灶在头颅CT上显示高密度信号改变,而畸形的血管团或扩张的脑静脉在头颅CT上有时也可显示高密度信号,容易误诊为脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血。本文报道类似蛛网膜下腔出血的脑动静脉发育异常(笔者将其称为“优势脑深静脉征”),结合文献复习,讨论其命名、影像学特征如下。1病例介绍患者男,71岁。因“持续头晕伴右侧枕部胀痛8h”于2012年4月14日入院。既往有高血压病史5年。查体神经系统无阳性体征。头CT:右侧海绵窦、天幕区见条状及斑片状高密度影(见封3图1);脑干、双侧放射冠区见斑点状及小片状低密度影。
Cerebral vascular rupture of the lesion in the head CT showed high-density signal changes, and deformity of vascular groups or dilated cerebral veins in the head CT can sometimes display high-density signals, easily misdiagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage. This article reports similar to the subarachnoid hemorrhage cerebral arteriovenous dysplasia (the author referred to as “superior brain deep venous sign ”), combined with the literature review, discuss its naming, imaging features are as follows. 1 case description Patient male, 71 years old. Because of “continuous dizziness with right occipital pain 8h ” on April 14, 2012 admission. Previous history of hypertension 5 years. Physical examination of the nervous system no positive signs. Head CT: the right side of the cavernous sinus, see the strip area and patchy high-density (see Figure 3 Figure 1); brainstem, bilateral corneal see spots and small pieces of low-density shadow.
