作者应用JT-ESWL-2型体外震波碎石机治疗输尿管结石148例,有效率95.3%。7例无效,原固有:①结石存在输尿管的时间太长,局部炎症水肿,肉芽组织增生,结石被嵌顿。②结石在电视屏下显像不清,定位困难。输尿管插管可制造一个人工扩张腔,提高碎石效果,但我们不主张过分扩大其适应范围。我们选择输尿管插管的指征是:①电视屏下定位困难者。②第一次碎石无效,需重复碎石者。
The authors applied JT-ESWL-2 extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy to treat 148 cases of ureteral calculi, the effective rate was 95.3%. 7 cases of invalid, the original inherent: ① stones exist ureteral time is too long, local inflammatory edema, granulation tissue hyperplasia, stones were incarcerated. ② stone in the TV screen is not clear, positioning difficulties. Ureteral intubation can create an artificial expansion of the cavity to improve the lithotripsy effect, but we do not advocate excessive expansion of its scope. We choose the indications for ureteral intubation is: ① TV screen positioning difficulties. ② invalid for the first gravel, who need to repeat the gravel.
