1994年林业宣传工作在省林业厅宣传办公室的指导下,紧紧围绕河北省“9981”绿色工程的实施,突出重点、广泛发动、注重声势、讲求效果,使林业宣传出现了前所未有的新局面,较好地发挥了林业宣传第一道工序的作用,有利地促进了林业建设和改革的顺利进行。据不完全统计,全市在县级以上报刊、电台、电视台播发林业稿件680余篇,占全年任务316篇的215%,其中省级以上93篇,占全年任务43篇的216%;市级240篇,占全年任务65篇的369%;县级347篇,占任务92篇的377%。
