目的本研究通过测定甲状腺乳头状癌患者外周血中CD3+CD56+NKT细胞及其亚型CD3+CD56+CD4+NKT、CD3+CD56+CD8+NKT细胞的表达,初步探讨其在甲状腺肿瘤中的免疫调控作用。方法采用流式细胞术分析53例甲状腺乳头状癌患者及37例健康对照组外周静脉血中NKT细胞以及两种亚型的表达。结果甲状腺乳头状癌患者外周静脉血中NKT细胞表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);CD4+NKT细胞表达率也高于对照组(P<0.01),而CD8+NKT细胞表达率与健康对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);甲状腺乳头状癌TNM分期中,三种细胞的表达率在I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);结论 NKT细胞在甲状腺乳头状癌患者中的高表达提示其在甲状腺乳头状癌免疫调控中的重要作用,而发挥这一作用的主要为CD4+NKT细胞;NKT细胞及其两种亚型的测定对甲状腺乳头状癌临床分期的辅助诊断意义不大。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD3 + CD56 + NKT cells and its subtypes CD3 + CD56 + CD4 + NKT, CD3 + CD56 + CD8 + NKT cells in peripheral blood of thyroid papillary carcinoma patients Immunomodulatory effect. Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of NKT cells and two subtypes in peripheral blood of 53 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma and 37 healthy controls. Results The expression rate of NKT cells in peripheral blood of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the expression rate of CD4 + NKT cells was also higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between healthy controls (P> 0.05). The expression rates of three kinds of cells in TNM stage of thyroid papillary carcinoma were not statistically different between I, II and III (P> 0.05) .Conclusion NKT The high expression of cells in papillary thyroid carcinoma suggests that it plays an important role in the immune regulation of thyroid papillary carcinoma. The main function of the cells is CD4 + NKT cells. The determination of NKT cells and their two subtypes on thyroid Clinical diagnosis of papillary carcinoma of the clinical significance of little significance.
