大学是培养人才的摇篮,承担着为社会培养管理人才的责任,对高校企业文化课教学模式的思考,有利于促进高校为社会培养合格的管理人才。本文分析了当前高校企业文化教学中存在的问题,提出了进行企业文化教学模式改革的对策。
University is the cradle of cultivating talents and bears the responsibility of cultivating management talents for the society. Thinking about the teaching model of university corporate culture will be conducive to promoting colleges and universities to cultivate qualified management talents for the society. This article analyzes the current problems in the corporate culture teaching in colleges and universities and puts forward the countermeasures for the reform of corporate culture teaching model.
