用滚切法切制工件如齿轮、花键、链轮等等,对滚刀本身、滚刀的安装和机床运动等各方面的精度及其相互间的关系,要求十分严格。但这些问题往往被人们所忽视,特别在滚刀刃磨以后,由于刃磨技术未掌握,滚刀失去原有精度,因此不能切出正确的齿形;而由于滚刀安装不良而降低了工件质量的现象,也经常出现。本文列举了滚刀刃磨中每项精度对齿形(仅谈齿轮)的关系,以及滚刀安装不正确时对齿形造成的误差,每项误差都附有图形。希望有助于在实际生产中提高齿轮零件的精度。
