目的:探讨急性胰腺炎外科手术常见局部并发症及防治。方法:收集我院2005~2007年42例急性胰腺炎外科手术局部常见各种并发症10例临床资料。结果:急性胰腺炎外科手术常见局部并发症有:急性液体积聚,胰腺组织坏死,胰腺假性囊肿,胰腺脓肿,出血,胰瘘,肠瘘。且各有其常见原因,防治方法。结论:熟悉掌握导致各种并发症的病因及防治方法,才能采取有效防治措施,及时发现和正确处理各种并发症。
Objective: To investigate the common local complications and prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 42 cases of acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 surgical common local complications of 10 cases of clinical data. Results: The common local complications of acute pancreatitis were acute fluid accumulation, pancreatic tissue necrosis, pancreatic pseudocyst, pancreatic abscess, hemorrhage, pancreatic fistula and intestinal fistula. And each has its own common causes, prevention and treatment methods. Conclusion: Familiarity with the etiology and prevention and treatment of various complications can take effective prevention and treatment measures, timely detection and correct treatment of various complications.
