目的研究壬基酚食入对雄性小鼠睾丸组织NOS-1表达的影响,探讨壬基酚对雄性小鼠生殖功能影响机制。方法健康雄性昆明小鼠30只,随机分为A、B、C3组,A组为对照组;B组为1%壬基酚实验组;C组为1‰壬基酚实验组。10d后处死各组小鼠,取出睾丸,Zamboni固定液固定,常规冰冻制片,免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察。结果B组和C组小鼠睾丸组织NOS-1阳性表达同对照组比较明显增强,B组和C组间未见明显差异。结论壬基酚喂食后,对雄性小鼠生殖功能的损伤作用,可能通过NOS-1的变化而造成。
Objective To investigate the effect of nonylphenol on the expression of NOS-1 in testis of male mice and the mechanism of nonylphenol on reproductive function in male mice. Methods Thirty healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into A, B and C3 groups. A group was control group; B group was 1% nonylphenol experimental group; C group was 1 ‰ nonylphenol experimental group. After 10 days, the mice in each group were sacrificed and the testis was removed. Zamboni’s fixative solution was fixed and routinely frozen. Immunohistochemical staining and light microscopy were performed. Results The positive expression of NOS-1 in testis of group B and group C was significantly higher than that of control group, but no significant difference was found between group B and group C. Conclusion The injury of reproductive function of male mice after nonylphenol feeding may be caused by the change of NOS-1.
