通过研究曲轴用非调质钢奥氏体晶粒长大行为和分析工业生产热轧材的显微组织,探讨合金元素Nb、Ti和S的组织细化作用.结果表明:添加质量分数0.027%Nb和0.012%Ti,同时S从0.029%提高到0.046%,加热时间30 min时,能够把奥氏体晶粒粗化温度提高100℃,并明显细化热轧材边部组织.弥散分布、钉扎在奥氏体晶界上的未溶第二相粒子Mn S和(Nb,Ti)(C,N),能够有效抑制奥氏体晶粒的长大.在热加工过程中,合金元素的组织细化作用需要适当的变形制度予以匹配,才能得以体现.
The effect of austenite grain growth on non-quenched and tempered steel of crankshaft and the microstructure of hot rolled material in industrial production were analyzed to investigate the effect of refining on the alloying elements Nb, Ti and S. The results showed that the addition of 0.027% Nb and 0.012% Ti, while the S increased from 0.029% to 0.046%. When the heating time was 30 min, the coarsening temperature of austenite grains was increased by 100 ℃ and the edge microstructure of hot rolled material was obviously refined. Uncoated second-phase particles MnS and (Nb, Ti) (C, N), which are pinned on the austenite grain boundaries, can effectively suppress the growth of austenite grains. During hot working, alloying elements The role of organizational refinement requires appropriate deformation system to be matched in order to be reflected.
