目的为观察镧、铈和氟对葡糖基转移酶活性和口腔主要致龋菌粘附的影响。方法采用体外实验的方法观察了镧、铈和氟对该酶活性和对口腔主要致龋菌粘附的影响。结果镧和铈比氟有更强的抑制葡糖基转移酶活性的作用,同时发现三种元素对三种细菌的粘附也有一定的抑制作用。结论镧、铈对葡糖基转移酶和口腔主要致龋菌粘附具有一定的影响作用,该结果从理论上为镧和铈的防龋应用提供了基线资料
The aim was to investigate the effects of lanthanum, cerium and fluoride on glucosyltransferase activity and the adhesion of the major oral cariogenic bacteria. Methods The effects of lanthanum, cerium and fluoride on the activity of the enzyme and the adhesion of the major cariogenic bacteria in the oral cavity were observed in vitro. Results Lanthanum and cerium had stronger inhibitory effect on glucosyltransferase activity than fluorine. At the same time, it was found that the three elements also inhibited the adhesion of three kinds of bacteria. Conclusions Lanthanum and cerium have a certain effect on glucosyltransferase and oral cariogenic bacteria adhesion.
