’98 China Control Conference was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang from September 15 to September 1998. The meeting was sponsored by the Control Theory Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation and hosted by the China Association for British Studies, IEEE Beijing Branch and Ningbo University. More than 120 participants attended the conference, including two representatives from Hong Kong, two from France and one from the United States.
