以紫羊茅品种“普通”和“本杰明”为试材,采用航天搭载技术方法,研究航天诱变技术对2份紫羊茅品种SP2代的一些农艺性状的影响。结果表明:2份紫羊茅的株高、草层高度、叶片长度、叶片宽度、穗长、主穗小穗数及种子数/小穗等农艺性状与对照比较均出现了双向突变,且变异系数均大于各自地面对照。2个紫羊茅SP2代株高、草层高度、叶长和穗长等性状均有正向增加的趋势,叶片宽度突变偏向于叶片变窄趋势;紫羊茅“普通”SP2代主穗小穗数突变偏向于小穗数增多,每小穗种子数突变偏向于种子数减少,而紫羊茅“本杰明”SP2代主穗小穗数突变偏向于小穗数减少,每小穗种子数突变偏向于种子数增多。从后代变异规律可以看出,航天搭载可作为紫羊茅育种的一种有效手段。
The effects of spaceflight mutagenesis on some agronomic traits of 2 cultivars of purple fescue (SP2) were studied using the methods of spaceflight loading with “Fritillaria” and “Benjamin” as test materials. The results showed that there was a two-way mutation in plant height, grass height, leaf length, leaf width, spike length, spikelet number per spike and seed number / Coefficients are greater than the respective ground control. The results showed that there was a positive trend of plant height, grass height, leaf length and spike length among the two cultivars. The width of leaf width tended to be narrowed. The number of spikelets spike tends to increase in the number of spikelets, and the number of spikelets per spike tends to decrease in number of seeds. However, the number of spikelets in spikelet of SP2 / The mutation in the number of spikes tends to increase the number of seeds. As can be seen from the variation of offspring, space flight can be used as an effective means of breeding broom fescue.
