In order to innovate, we must change attitudes about failures and mistakes. Today, every industry wants innovation. Within the commercial context, “innovation” has become a crowning glory - just as being “customer-centric” is seen as a strategic necessity. Innovation is a continuation, from materiality to existing products or programs, to the rare start-ups that have shaken the world, all of which are innovative. Let’s first define it as a “major new product” or as a “major change” in a business management approach. How is innovation achieved?
