目的 :探讨老年人椎管内肿瘤的临床特点 ,提高手术效果。方法 :对 15例 >6 0岁椎管内肿瘤病例的病程、病理诊断、临床症状和体症、辅助检查、误诊情况进行了回顾性调查分析。

目的 :探讨老年人椎管内肿瘤的临床特点 ,提高手术效果。方法 :对 15例 >6 0岁椎管内肿瘤病例的病程、病理诊断、临床症状和体症、辅助检查、误诊情况进行了回顾性调查分析。结果 :老年人椎管内肿瘤误诊率高 ,病程长 ,术前并存症多 ,术后并发症高。结论 :对老年人椎管内肿瘤应持积极态度 ,重视并发症的防治 ;对恶性肿瘤或转移瘤均应积极手术治疗 ,配合放疗、化疗等措施可以提高手术效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of the elderly spinal canal tumor to improve the surgical results. Methods: A retrospective investigation was made on the course of disease, pathological diagnosis, clinical symptoms and physical symptoms, auxiliary examinations and misdiagnosis of 15 cases> 60 years of spinal canal tumors. Results: The misdiagnosis rate, long course of disease, preoperative coexisting disease and high postoperative complications in elderly patients with spinal canal tumors. Conclusion: The elderly patients with spinal canal tumors should hold a positive attitude, pay attention to the prevention and treatment of complications, malignant tumors or metastases should be actively treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other measures can improve the surgical results.
