针对宝浪油田油层非均质严重 ,不同油层启动压力相差很大的特点 ,研制了两种分层酸化管柱 ,一种为单层酸化工艺管柱 ;另一种为一次酸化施工先后对两层轮换酸化的管柱。高压酸化封隔器采用水力压缩式胶筒 ,胶筒设计有肩部保护机构 ,承压能力达 80MPa ,同时还设计有反洗通道 ,增加了管柱的安全性。高压水力锚利用酸化施工压力使锚牙张开锚定管柱 ,施工结束时依靠板簧弹力使锚牙收回 ,锚定、收回可靠。 7井次的现场应用表明 ,最高施工压力78MPa ,工艺成功率 10 0 % ,累计增产原油 2 830t ,增注水 2 75× 10 4 m3。
Aiming at the serious heterogeneity of oil layer in Baolang Oilfield and the great difference of start-up pressure of different oil layers, two kinds of layered acidification column were developed, one was single-layer acidification process column and the other one was acidification construction Layer rotation acidification of the column. High-pressure acidification packer using hydraulic compression rubber, rubber cylinder designed shoulder protection mechanism, pressure capacity of 80MPa, but also designed to have anti-wash channel, an increase of the safety of the column. High pressure hydraulic anchor make use of acidification construction pressure to open anchor anchor string. At the end of construction, anchor bolt should be withdrawn by the elastic force of leaf spring, anchored and recovered reliably. The field application of 7 wells shows that the maximum construction pressure is 78MPa and the process success rate is 10%. The cumulative production of crude oil is 2 830t and the injection water is 2 75 × 10 4 m3.
