3月16日,美财政部公布国际资本流动报告(TIC)称,中国持有的美国国债仍居各国持有美国国债总量首位。中国增持购买美国国债再次引发各方争论。

On March 16, the U.S. Department of the Treasury released the International Capital Flows Report (TIC) saying that the U.S. Treasury holdings held by China still rank first in the total U.S. treasury bonds held by various countries.
