对自身免疫性甲状腺病伴系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupuserythematosus,SLE)2例分析如下。1病历摘要例1:女,41岁。主因发热、周身关节肿痛2个月入院。近10 a性格孤僻,易疲劳,怕冷,记忆力差,化验TPOAb、TgAb均升高。查体:颜面见蝶形红斑,甲状腺检查:Ⅰ度肿大,质韧,无压痛。ESR 10
Two cases of autoimmune thyroid disease with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were analyzed as follows. 1 Medical Summary Example 1: Female, 41 years old. Mainly due to fever, whole body joint pain 2 months admitted to hospital. Nearly 10 a character lonely, fatigue, cold, poor memory, test TPOAb, TgAb were increased. Physical examination: facial see butterfly erythema, thyroid examination: Ⅰ degree enlargement, quality and toughness, no tenderness. ESR 10
