本文测定了玻璃纤维在双[γ-(三乙氧基硅基)丙基碳酸酰氧基]二甘醇(ESPCEG)/水/乙醇体系中吸附 ESPCEG 的等温线(4℃、29℃)及吸附热△H。结果表明,玻璃纤维表面在上述体系中吸附 ESPCEG 是多分子层吸附;吸附量随溶液深度升高而增加;并进而计算得纤维表面吸附的 ESPCEG 的厚度与溶液深度的关系。其吸附过程是放热过程,吸附热△H 为-5. 930 J·g~(-1) ;在吸附进行16min 左右时,有一最大放热峰,大约2hr 左右达到吸附平衡。
In this paper, the isotherms (4 ℃, 29 ℃) of glass fiber adsorbing ESPCEG in bis [γ- (triethoxysilyl) propyl carbonate acyloxy] diethylene glycol (ESPCEG) / water / Adsorption heat △ H. The results show that the adsorption of ESPCEG on the glass fiber surface is multi-molecular layer adsorption. The adsorption capacity increases with the increase of solution depth. The relationship between the ESPCEG thickness and the solution depth is also calculated. The adsorption process is an exothermic process, the adsorption heat △ H -5.930 J · g -1; adsorption in the 16min or so, there is a maximum exothermic peak, about 2hr adsorption equilibrium.
