干部成长的长效机制,不断增强优秀领导干部培养工作的针对性和实效性,是我们党适应新形势、迎接新挑战,加速推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的必然要求,具有重大而深远的意义。一、创新干部教育培训机制,促使领导干部不断坚定理想信念和提升履职能力崇高的理想信念和全面的履职能力是领导干部的立身之本。胡锦涛同志在全国组织工作会议上指出,“要完成十七大提出的目标任务,一定要全面提高各级领导班子和领导干部领导组织经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和党的建设的本领。”没有正确的理论指导,就不可能有坚定的理想信念,不可能有正确的政治观点,不可能有领导科学发展的能力。
