目的:对比分析3~6岁幼儿体质监测十年前后变化,为全面开展儿童保健工作,加强儿童体育锻炼,促进儿童身心健康提供科学依据。方法:选取北京市延庆县进行体质监测的幼儿园3~6岁在园儿童做十年前后对比分析。结果:儿童身体素质有显著增强,体质监测总评的优秀率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不及格率显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会及家庭环境影响使3~6岁儿童各项体质监测大部分均有显著提高;由于生活水平提高,科学、良好的生活习惯未完全普及,3~6岁儿童肥胖率较十年前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下肢肌肉力量及弹跳力逐年提高,上肢肌肉力量及协调能力变化不大。结论:近10年来,3~6岁儿童体质监测指标大部分均有显著提高,为儿童健康打下良好基础;但对于肥胖儿童除了饮食上的正确指导外,还应在体育锻炼等方面加强训练。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the changes of physical fitness monitoring of 3-6-year-old children ten years ago and to provide a scientific basis for the full implementation of child health care work, strengthening children’s physical exercise and promoting children’s physical and mental health. Methods: A comparative study was made between children aged 3 ~ 6 years in kindergartens in Yanqing County, Beijing, about ten years before and after physical examination. Results: The physical quality of children increased significantly, and the excellent rate of physical monitoring general rating significantly increased (P <0.05), and the failure rate significantly decreased (P <0.05). Social and family environment As a result, the majority of children aged 3-6 years old had significantly increased body mass monitoring. The obesity rates of children aged 3-6 years were significantly higher than those of 10 years ago due to the improvement of living standards, lack of scientific and good living habits, and the differences were Statistical significance (P <0.05); lower extremity muscle strength and jumping force increased year by year, upper limb muscle strength and coordination ability changed little. Conclusion: In the recent 10 years, most of the children aged 3 ~ 6 years have significantly improved their physical fitness monitoring indicators, laying a good foundation for children’s health. However, in addition to the correct diet guidance, obese children should take more training in physical exercise and other aspects.
