目的研究通痹灵对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导性大鼠关节模型(CIA)滑膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法原位细胞凋亡检测试剂盒检测各组原代大鼠滑膜细胞凋亡的水平。结果通痹灵组CIA大鼠滑膜细胞的凋亡数明显增加。结论通痹灵治疗类风湿性关节炎的机制可能与诱导滑膜细胞凋亡有关。
Objective To study the effect of Tongbiling on the apoptosis of synoviocytes in type II collagen induced rat joint model (CIA). Methods In situ cell apoptosis assay kit was used to detect the level of apoptosis of primary synovial cells in each group. Results The number of apoptotic cells in synoviocytes of Tongliao Ling group was significantly increased. Conclusion The mechanism of Tongfuling in treating rheumatoid arthritis may be related to the induction of apoptosis of synoviocytes.
