一、企业经营机制转换的实质是在全民经济中建立合理的利益协调机制 企业经营机制有两个层次的内涵。第一个层次是指利益协调机制;第二层次是指效率机制。前者是基本的,后者是由前者源生出来的。不论是什么样的利益协调机制,都会产生与之相对应的追求效率的机制。 追求高效率可以说是一切经济主体或利益主体的本能行为。或者说,没有不追求效率的利益主体。通常认为,在传统的社会主义经济体制中,多利益主体往往是不讲经济效率的。
I. The essence of the transformation of the business mechanism of enterprises is to establish a reasonable interest coordination mechanism in the economy of the entire people. The business operation mechanism has two levels of connotation. The first level refers to the interest coordination mechanism; the second level refers to the efficiency mechanism. The former is basic, and the latter is born from the former. No matter what kind of interest coordination mechanism, it will produce a corresponding mechanism for the pursuit of efficiency. The pursuit of high efficiency can be said to be the instinctive behavior of all economic agents or interest subjects. Or, there is no interest body that does not pursue efficiency. It is generally believed that in the traditional socialist economic system, multi-stakeholders often do not speak about economic efficiency.
