中美合资经营的北京-奥克兰建筑防水材料有限公司,是由北京市油毡厂、北京国际信托投资公司和美国京仑有限公司,共同投资兴办的大型建筑防水材料专业生产企业。公司地处北京市南郊丰台区,拥有员工1000名,已于1988年1月1日正式开业。本公司有完善的管理体系和国内领先的生产设备,能够生产各种高、中、低档的建筑防水材料。其中,获得国家银质奖的金鸡牌石油沥青油毡是中国建筑防水材料最早出口的产品,在国际市场上曾被客户誉为“西方铁纸”;建设牌350号石油沥青油毡在国内历年同行业产品质量评比中均获第一名,1987年荣获国家银质奖。
Sino-U.S. joint venture Beijing-Oakland Building Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of large-scale building waterproof materials jointly invested by Beijing Oil Felt Factory, Beijing International Trust and Investment Corporation and American Jinglun Co., Ltd. The company is located in Fengtai District in the southern suburbs of Beijing. It has 1,000 employees and was officially opened on January 1, 1988. The company has a sound management system and leading domestic production equipment, can produce a variety of high, medium and low-grade building waterproof materials. Among them, Jinji Brand Petroleum Bituminous Linoleum obtained the National Silver Award is the earliest export product of China’s building waterproof material. It has been honored as “Western Iron Paper” by customers in the international market; Construction Brand No. 350 petroleum bitumen felt has been in the same industry in China for the past years. The company won the first place in the product quality appraisal and won the National Silver Award in 1987.
