心房纤颤(简称房颤)是老年人常见的心律失常之一。老年房颤从病因、发病情况及治疗上与年青人有一些不同。现将我们收治的150例老年房颤介绍如下。一般情况及病因 50例老年房颤男45例,女5例。年龄60～81岁,平均63岁。阵发性房颤34例,持续房颤16例,病程最长者为11年;冠心病37例,其中病窦综合征3例,肺心病合并冠心病5例,甲亢及冠心病各1例,原因不明者6例。临床表现 50例老年房颤以阵发性房
Atrial fibrillation (referred to as atrial fibrillation) is one of the common arrhythmias in the elderly.
