目的探讨腮腺显像和时间一放射性曲线在于燥综合征中的应用。方法正常对照15例,肾脏或结缔组织病95例,临床诊断干燥综合征48例。腮腺(99m)TcO4-S的维生素C负荷SPECT动态显像,正常腮腺显像清晰,分侧时间一放射性曲线有明显摄取相和快速排泄相。结果在排除干燥综合征的110例中,腮腺异常单侧2例双侧1例。在确诊干燥综合征的48例中,双侧腮腺不显影11例,双侧腮腺平行性功能受累17例,单侧腮腺异常5例,双侧腮腺正常15例。结论其灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为63.5%、98.2%和87.7%,判断指标通用确定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of parotid gland imaging and time-radiation curve in Sjogren’s syndrome. Methods Normal control in 15 cases, 95 cases of renal or connective tissue disease, clinical diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome in 48 cases. Parotid (99m) TcO4-S vitamin C load SPECT dynamic imaging, normal parotid imaging was clear, sub-time a radioactive curve with a clear uptake phase and rapid excretion phase. Results In the 110 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome, one case was bilateral unilateral parotid in 2 cases. In the diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome in 48 cases, bilateral parotid gland non-visualization in 11 cases, bilateral parotid gland parallel function in 17 cases, unilateral parotid abnormalities in 5 cases, bilateral parotid gland normal in 15 cases. Conclusion The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 63.5%, 98.2% and 87.7%, respectively. The diagnostic indexes were universally determined and worthy of clinical application.
