In recent years, peanut virus disease is widespread, seriously affecting the yield and quality of peanut. In 1986 and 1989, peanut virus occurred in our county, with only 84.5 kilograms and 80 kilograms per mu respectively. In 1985, the yield was 22.5 kilograms and 27 kilograms respectively.
