粮食晒场的结构一般为碎石层、砂垫层和干硬性混凝土面层。面层厚度为 160～200mm。我公司承建三项粮食晒场任务,其中一项共2800块板,施工中断板5块,造成经济损失约3万元。为了使另两项施工中少出现断板现象,分析了断板产生的原因,并采取了预防措施,取得了良好的效果,现将具体作法介绍如下。
Grain drying yard structure is generally gravel, sand cushion and dry hard concrete surface layer. The thickness of the surface is 160 ~ 200mm. Our company undertook the construction of three food drying-field tasks, of which a total of 2,800 plates and 5 construction-interrupted plates resulted in an economic loss of about 30,000 yuan. In order to make the other two construction less broken plate phenomenon, analyzed the reasons for the broken plate, and take precautions, and achieved good results, the specific practices are introduced below.
