我厂C650车床主轴前后轴瓦,每班需要人工加油,靠毛线渗漏,效果很差,仅1981年就研瓦两次,造成停机修理时间过长,既影响生产又耗费维修工时。改装如图1所示,在主轴箱后侧壁增设通过弯板3的柱塞直径为18毫米柱塞泵6,吸油口通过过滤器1,出油口由分流器8分出五条油管供油(前轴瓦润滑油管10、后轴瓦油管7、皮带轮轴承润滑油管9、V轴移动套油管14和打油显示窗油管13)。
