目的了解湘西自治州放射诊疗单位基本情况及放射诊疗防护现状。方法于2015年采取询问、查阅放射卫生档案、现场卫生监督检查和填写调查表格等形式。结果湘西自治州共有132家放射诊疗单位,《放射诊疗许可证》持证率93.18%,放射诊疗设备许可率85.31%,检测率96.21%,检测合格率93.6%,放射工作人员防护知识培训率、职业健康检查率、个人剂量监测率及《放射工作人员证》持有率均为100%,放射工作人员防护用品配备率100%,受检者个人防护用品配备率77.27%。结论该辖区在放射诊疗许可、放射诊疗设备检测以及放射工作人员和受检者个人防护用品配备方面需进一步加强管理,以维护放射工作人员、受检者和广大公众的健康权益。
Objective To understand the basic situation of radiation medical units in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and the status quo of radiation diagnosis and treatment. Methods In 2015, we took inquiries, reviewed radiosurgery files, on-site health supervision and inspection, and completed survey forms. Results A total of 132 radiation treatment units in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were certified as “Radiological Examination and Licensing Certificate” with a rate of 93.18%, with radiodiagnostic equipment rate of 85.31%, detection rate of 96.21%, detection rate of 93.6%, training rate of radiological staff protection knowledge and occupation Health check rate, personal dose monitoring rate and “radiation staff card” were 100%, radiation workers protective equipment with 100%, the subjects personal protective equipment rate of 77.27%. Conclusion The district needs to further strengthen its management of radiotherapy and medical examination, testing of radiotherapy and medical equipment, and provision of personal protective equipment for radiation workers and subjects so as to safeguard the health rights and interests of radiation workers, subjects and the general public.
