患者,男,19岁,因腹痛1小时于1988年9月11日上午到本院门诊部就诊。经检查诊断为急性胃炎,处理:对症治疗,同时肌注阿托品1mg止痛(阿托品系成都制药一厂生产,批号880202)。注射后约1分半钟,患者诉心里难受,心慌、头昏,并昏倒在地,面色苍白,口唇指端发绀;突然呼吸心跳停止,瞳孔散大。立即肌注肾上腺素1mg,同时进行胸外心脏挤压人工呼吸复苏术;静脉推注肾上腺素1mg。患者出现自主心跳和呼吸,继之静注可拉明1支、10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml,静滴地塞米松10mg,患者神志渐清楚。心率104次/分,呼吸24次/分,
