目的:建立顶空气相色谱测定甘草苷中大孔吸附树脂有机残留物的含量。方法:采用HP-INNOWAX石英毛细管柱(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm);以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,对正己烷、丙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯等残留物进行检测。结果:被测物质均能得到很好的分离,RSD均<3.0%,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,回收率为93.2%~100.7%。结论:该方法稳定、准确,适用于应用D-101型大孔吸附树脂纯化后原料药中有机溶剂残留物的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of organic residues in macroporous adsorption resins of liquiritin by headspace gas chromatography. Methods: HP-INNOWAX quartz capillary column (0.32 mm × 30 μm, 0.25 μm) was used for the determination of n-hexane, acetone, benzene, toluene, xylene and styrene Material testing. Results: The analytes were well separated with RSD <3.0%. The linear relationship between peak area and concentration was good. The recoveries ranged from 93.2% to 100.7%. Conclusion: The method is stable and accurate and suitable for the determination of organic solvent residues in APIs purified by D-101 macroporous adsorption resin.
