为了系统地了解露天矿用牙轮钻机加压提升机构的类型、结构、特性和设计要点,对加压提升机构进行了较为系统的梳理和分析。介绍链条传动加压提升机构和现代无链传动加压提升机构的结构特点;并通过链条传动加压提升与无链传动加压提升的对比来分析其机构性能的优劣;还介绍了无链加压提升机构的工作原理和设计要点,并对液压缸与钢丝绳加压提升机构和齿条齿轮无链加压提升机构的设计中应注意的问题进行了阐述。
In order to systematically understand the types, structures, characteristics and design points of the pressure elevating mechanism of the open pit mine roller, the pressurized lifting mechanism was systematically combed and analyzed. The structural features of the chain transmission pressurization and lifting mechanism and the modern chainless transmission pressurization and lifting mechanism are introduced. The comparison of the performance of the mechanism with the chain transmission pressurization and non-chain transmission pressurization and lifting is also introduced. The working principle and design points of the pressurizing and lifting mechanism are introduced, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the pressurizing lifting mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder and the wire rope and the chainless pressurizing and lifting mechanism of the rack and pinion are described.
