The exchange was sponsored by the American Association of Construction Industry Manufacturers Beijing Office, a small country Huada Engineering Machinery Group Company. There are five U.S. manufacturers participating in the exchange, officials of the U.S. Department of Commerce and vice presidents and international ministers of the U.S. construction industry manufacturers association. The small parties represented the relevant leaders of China Railway Engineering Corporation and China Railway Construction Corporation and the mechanical equipment of 20 engineering bureaus
