本文归纳总结了企业核心竞争力的基本要素研究现状,认同余伟萍等学者对中国企业核心竞争力要素进行的实证研究,认为构成企业核心竞争力的基本要素为:战略管理能力、创新能力、市场营销能力、组织管理能力、生产制造能力、人力资源、和企业文化。
This paper summarizes the research status quo of the basic elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises and recognizes that some scholars such as Yu Weiping have conducted empirical research on the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. They think that the basic elements that constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises are: strategic management ability, innovation ability, marketing Capabilities, Organizational Management Capabilities, Manufacturing Capabilities, Human Resources, and Corporate Culture.
