本文报告了曼氏血吸虫尾蚴体部经离体培养可以发育到近乎性成熟阶段的成虫。离体培养童虫的最初生长和发育速度与从小鼠体内所获得的相似,但到后期虫体的发育速度较鼠体内的为慢。作者把分离出的尾蚴体部移入一个每毫升含有200条尾蚴体部的培养基中,培养基由 Elac 加上50%热灭活的兔血清和1%兔红细胞组成,于37℃培养。每3~4天更换一次培养液。在100倍放大率的倒置显微镜
