毛泽东思想是一个巨大的理论宝库,它的基本原理,依然是我国社会主义现代化建设的理论武器。毛泽东对于经济建设有许多精辟的论述,其中关于企业独立性问题,对于今天建立社会主义市场经济新体制,仍然有指导意义。我们应当结合学习邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论,拓展毛泽东关于企业独立性的思路,推进改革的深化和配套。 企业有独立性才会发展得更加活泼 1956年,毛泽东借鉴苏联的教训,在大量调查研究的基础上,发表了《论十大关系》的著名讲话。在该文第四部分《国家、生产单位和生产者个人的关系》中,专门论述了企业独立性问题。他说:“这里还要谈一下工厂在统一领导下的独立性问题。什么东西统统都
Mao Zedong Thought is a huge treasure trove of theories. Its basic principle is still the theoretical weapon for the socialist modernization in our country. There are many incisive discussions on economic construction by Mao Zedong. Among them, the question of the independence of enterprises still has guiding significance for establishing a new socialist market economy system today. We should combine studying Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, expand Mao Zedong's thinking on the independence of the enterprise, and push forward the deepening and supporting reforms.
