当苏伊士湾石油公司开采的大多数油田进入中、高含水期后,随着产水量的增加,造成了生产费用的提高,对采油工艺技术也提出更高的要求。主要问题包括地面设备超负荷运转、气举需求的增加、腐蚀及生产管柱的损坏等。而如何在不破坏生态和环境的条件下处理采出水更是一个棘手的问题。本文就苏伊士湾石油公司8年来在不同类型油藏进行的堵水工作进行了研究,对所采集的数据进行分析,有助于为机械堵水提供最优化的桥塞下入方案。
When most of the oil fields explored by the Suezwan Oil Company entered the middle and high water cut periods, with the increase in water production, production costs have been raised and higher requirements have been set for oil recovery technology. Major issues include overloading of ground equipment, increased demand for gas lift, corrosion and damage to the production string. How to deal with produced water without destroying the ecology and environment is a thorny problem. In this paper, the work of Suezwan Oil Company in different types of reservoirs in the past eight years has been studied. The analysis of the collected data will help to provide an optimal solution for mechanical plugging.
