荆州市青年学理论读书活动开展后,市青年读书指导委员会充分发挥职能作用,在检查督办上做文章,促进了读书活动的健康发展。两年多来,他们先后20多次深入到各读书示范小组,开展检查,加强督办,实地察看了各小组的图书室、学习记录、读书笔记、档案资料等,听取了各小组的读书情况汇报,与学员座谈达200多人次。在检查督办的过程中,发现全市青年学理论读书活动不平衡,针对这种情况,及时提出了“学习内容要突出重点,学习形式要照顾特点,联系实际要关注热点、实践运用要解决难点”的思路,并着手抓了三件事:一是抓学习要素的再落实,
