胃癌是全球性疾病,在世界范围内癌症相关死亡中列第二位,在我国居于首位。目前胃癌的治疗仍是临床医师面临的一项严峻挑战。外科手术仍然是目前治疗胃癌的最主要方法,化疗是治疗胃癌的一种重要辅助治疗手段,尤其对于没有手术适应证的患者。但到目前为止,尚没有一种标准的治疗方案。现结合国内外文献,粗略介绍胃癌化学治疗方法的进展。
Gastric cancer is a global disease that ranks second in cancer-related deaths worldwide and ranks first in our country. The current treatment of gastric cancer is still a serious challenge facing clinicians. Surgery is still the most important method for the treatment of gastric cancer. Chemotherapy is an important adjuvant treatment for gastric cancer, especially for patients without surgical indications. But so far, there is no standard treatment. Now combined with domestic and foreign literature, a cursory introduction to the progress of gastric cancer chemotherapy.
