针对电槽镀、电刷镀修复磨损部位时,镀层尺寸不可控,成分不均匀,后续二次加工难度大等影响工程装备精密件修复质量和效率的问题,提出一种精确、高效的维修技术——基于电化学沉积的确定性修复技术.基于确定性成形理论设计确定性修复模型,可通过电化学沉积液光谱分析仪器,准确测量、控制沉积液成分浓度.利用喷吸式电化学沉积镀头与三维运动平台,通过计算机解算,精确控制修复沉积区域、路径和驻留时间.可以对镀层成分、厚度、形状等进行确定性控制,在获取修补函数的基础上,利用计算机仿真完成修复模型,实现工程装备精密件的高质、快速修复.
