目的:分析了新生儿科院内感染的特点,控制与管理。方法:总结并分析医院儿内科新生儿医院感染的预防和控制对策。结果:提高了医务人员的意识不断提高,抗感染,危险因素,预防监控措施,严格无菌操作,消毒隔离措施和合理用药的实施,是降低医院感染的新生儿率的关键。结论:新生儿医院感染的控制与监管非常重要,寻找并控制传染源,切断传播途径,积极留取感染证据等应对措施。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics, control and management of neonatal infections in neonates. Methods: To summarize and analyze the prevention and control measures of nosocomial neonates and nosocomial infections in hospitals. Results: Increasing the awareness of medical personnel, anti-infection, risk factors, prevention and control measures, strict aseptic operation, disinfection and isolation measures and the implementation of rational drug use is the key to reduce the rate of neonatal hospital infection. Conclusion: It is very important to control and supervise the nosocomial infection in neonates, find and control the source of infection, cut off the route of transmission, take the evidence of infection actively and so on.
