对某军工企业年度内、外审核发现的不符合项进行分析,找出企业质量管理体系运行中产品实现过程和管理层面的薄弱环节,基于此在制度建设和管理工作方法上提出相应对策。
The analysis of the non-conformities found in a military industrial enterprise during the year and the external audit found out the weak links between the product realization process and the management level in the operation of the enterprise quality management system. Based on this, we put forward corresponding countermeasures in the system construction and management methods.
