目的探讨运用超声技术诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的方法。方法对18例胎儿经二维超声,结合三维超声成像检查胎儿先天性唇腭裂畸形。结果超声诊断18例唇腭裂畸形儿(13例单纯唇裂、5例唇裂合并腭裂),18例经引产或分娩后证实:1例误诊,11例单纯唇裂,1例唇裂合并软腭裂,5例唇裂合并腭裂(双侧2例,单侧2例,正中1例),诊断符合率为94.4%。结论超声对胎儿先天性唇腭裂畸形具有较高的诊断率,能为临床提供丰富有价值的信息。
Objective To explore the method of diagnosing fetus cleft lip and palate deformity by using ultrasonic technique. Methods Fetal congenital cleft lip and palate malformations were examined in 18 fetuses by two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. Results Eighteen cases of cleft lip and cleft palate (13 cleft lip and 5 cleft palate with cleft palate) were diagnosed by sonography. One case was misdiagnosed, the other 11 cleft lip, one cleft lip and cleft palate, and 5 cleft lip Cleft palate (bilateral in 2 cases, unilateral in 2 cases, median 1 case), the diagnostic coincidence rate was 94.4%. Conclusion Ultrasound has a high diagnostic rate of fetal congenital cleft lip and palate, which can provide valuable clinical information.
