成本管理是现代企业参与市场竞争,提高企业经营管理水平和经济效益的基本手段和有效方法。当前,国家深化供给侧改革,加大去产能力度,煤炭市场形势较为严峻,随着原煤矿采面不断延伸,原煤供应下降、煤质变差已成常态。本文以八矿选煤厂的角度出发,通过对影响企业成本的关键环节采取有效措施,降低生产运营成本,实现企业健康有序的发展,对选煤行业应对危机、实施精煤战略,重塑煤炭核心竞争力提供一定借鉴意义。
Cost management is the basic means and effective method for modern enterprises to participate in market competition, enhance their business management level and economic benefits. At present, the state deepens the supply-side reform and intensifies its capacity-building efforts. The situation in the coal market is grim. With the continuous expansion of the coal mines, the supply of raw coal has declined and the deterioration of coal quality has become the norm. Based on the perspective of BMCG, this paper takes effective measures to reduce the cost of production and operation, to achieve a healthy and orderly development of the enterprise, to respond to the crisis in the coal preparation industry, to implement the strategy of refined coal, to reshape Coal core competitiveness provide some reference.
