每年新学期的开始,总会有一些新人加入到我们教师队伍中来,其中一些精力旺盛,冲劲十足的年轻新人也自然就会被学校委以重任,担任班主任。在平时的工作中,尽管这些新人都在尽心尽力做工作,但是由于其经验和历练尚欠缺,在平时的工作中总会不由自主地陷入一些误区。本人结合之前自身的一些感触以及身边同事的工作经历,现将这些误区加以总结、整理,并借此给各位新班主任提个醒,以便大家在今后的工作中尽可能多地少走弯路。
