目的总结经导管双侧髂内动脉超选灌注动物模型的制作方法及相关注意事项。方法实验动物为白色家兔，５％异戊巴比妥钠３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ静脉缓推麻醉后，经颈动脉将３Ｆ单弯导管置于腹主动脉分叉上方，同时于腹股沟韧带处夹闭双侧股动脉，灌注完毕后立即释放动脉夹，同时撤除主动脉内导管。结果成功制作该动物模型１６个。血管造影示模型制作完毕后，髂内动脉开口远端所有动脉分支均未显影，髂内动脉显影清晰，未见痉挛、闭塞等。双侧髂腰动脉由于其特殊的位置关系，无法避开。结论该方法操作简便，成功率高，值得推广。
Objective To summarize the methods and related precautions of transcatheter arterial superselective perfusion of bilateral internal iliac artery. Methods The experimental animals were white rabbits. After 5% pentobarbital sodium (30 mg / kg) intravenous anesthesia, the 3F single-curved catheter was put on the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta via the carotid artery. At the same time, Lateral femoral artery, immediately after perfusion, the arterial clip is released, and the intra-aortic catheter is removed. Results 16 animal models were successfully produced. After the angiography showed that the model was made, all the distal branches of the internal iliac artery were not developed, the internal iliac artery was developed clearly, no spasms and occlusions were found. Bilateral iliopsoas artery due to its special location, can not be avoided. Conclusion The method is simple, high success rate, it is worth promoting.
