目的:研究生殖股神经生殖支移位海绵体神经修复双侧海绵体神经损伤大鼠阴茎勃起功能的可行性。方法:将24只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:神经移位组(双侧生殖股神经生殖支近端与海绵体神经远端行端端吻合)、神经损伤组(双侧海绵体神经离断)和假手术组,每组8只。术后1、3个月行交配试验检测大鼠勃起功能恢复情况,术后3个月电刺激海绵体神经或生殖股神经生殖支,比较各组大鼠阴茎海绵体内压(ICP)的变化。结果:术后1个月交配试验观察到神经移位组与神经损伤组有插入行为的大鼠个数无明显差异,而3个月后神经移位组观察到75%(6/8)的大鼠有交配行为,明显高于神经损伤组(P<0.05)。电刺激神经移位组大鼠生殖股神经生殖支时,可引起ICP明显升高,与神经损伤组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生殖股神经生殖支移位海绵体神经可修复双侧海绵体神经损伤大鼠的勃起功能。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of reproductive nerve regeneration of the cavernous nerve in the repair of penis erectile function in rats with bilateral cavernous nerve injury. Methods: Twenty-four adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the nerve transposition group (the proximal genital nerve of the bilateral genital nerve and the distal end of the cavernous nerve end-to-end anastomosis), the nerve injury group (bilateral cavernous Nerve transection) and sham operation group, 8 in each group. At 1 and 3 months after operation, the recovery of erectile function in rats was measured by the mating test. The cavernous nerve or genital nerve was electrostimulated 3 months after the operation to compare the changes of intracapsular pressure (ICP). Results: There was no significant difference in the number of inserted rats between the nerve-transposition group and the nerve-injured group at 1 month after the mating test. After 3 months, 75% (6/8) Mating behavior in rats was significantly higher than that of nerve injury group (P <0.05). Electrical stimulation of neural transplanted rats genital nerve reproductive branch, can cause ICP increased significantly, compared with the nerve injury group was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Reproductive femoral nerve cavernous nerve can repair the erectile function of rats with bilateral cavernous nerve injury.
