目的:了解吉林市社区老年人药物滥用现状,对其潜在的原因进行分析,为吉林市社区老年人安全用药问题提供参考依据。方法:采用随机分层整群抽样方法 ,抽取2各社区60岁以上老年人,共500人,进行问卷调查,通过SDS量表进行分析。结果:41.5%的老年人同时服用两种以上的药物,55%的老年人使用药物的来源为零售药店,61.3%的老年人通过病友、朋友及广告宣传的方式了解药物的疗效。结论:老年人对安全用药的知识缺乏,盲目自行用药,存在各种安全隐患,影响老年人的心身健康,应引起高度重视。
Objective: To understand the status quo of drug abuse among elders in community in Jilin City and analyze its underlying causes, so as to provide a reference for the safety of elders in community in Jilin City. Methods: A random stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 2 elderly people over 60 years of age in each community with a total of 500 people. Questionnaires were conducted and analyzed by SDS scale. Results: 41.5% of the elderly took two or more drugs at the same time, 55% of the elderly used drugs from retail pharmacies, and 61.3% of the elders learned the efficacy of the drugs through their patients, friends and advertisements. Conclusion: The elderly lack of knowledge of safe drug use, blindly self-medication, there are all kinds of security risks, affecting the physical and mental health of the elderly should be given high priority.
